Role Details
We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to join a fast-paced dealership in Portsmouth, Hampshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the Service and Parts departments, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction
- Setting, managing, and exceeding performance targets, aligning with business goals and fostering individual and departmental success
- Ensuring all processes and procedures adhere to company standards and industry best practices
- Reporting to the Head of Business, taking full P&L responsibility for the Aftersales division and contributing to the overall business strategy
- Developing and implementing targeted campaigns to capitalise on commercial opportunities within specific market sectors
What We’re Looking For:
- A proven track record in Aftersales management within a car dealership environment
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate and drive high levels of performance
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, leading by example
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on enhancing efficiency and customer experience
What’s on Offer:
- A competitive salary of £60,000 per annum with an OTE of £80,000
