Role Details
We are seeking an experienced automotive General Manager with a strong background in aftersales and operations, preferably with extensive experience in managing multi-regional teams. This role will be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and will oversee the aftersales operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction, alongside a deep understanding of the cultural and market dynamics.
The Role
- Strategically manage and optimise aftersales operations, ensuring high standards of service quality and customer experience.
- Develop, implement, and monitor aftersales strategies to drive profitability, enhance customer retention, and meet service KPIs.
- Lead a multi-country team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and performance.
- Drive operational efficiencies through the implementation of best practices and process improvements.
- Oversee budget management, cost control, and resource allocation to meet business objectives and revenue targets.
- Liaise with local teams and partners to ensure compliance with regional regulations and alignment with company policies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide mentorship to regional teams to maintain high levels of engagement and development.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 10+ years in aftersales operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role overseeing multiple regions.
- Strong operational and strategic planning skills, with proven expertise in driving profitability and customer satisfaction in aftersales services.
- A seasoned leader capable of managing cross-cultural teams and building collaborative partnerships across borders.
