Our client in Midwest Australia is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead and drive growth across their multiple automotive brands. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and department improvement
- Manage and develop the parts team to achieve departmental goals
- Monitor and optimise parts inventory levels, minimising obsolete stock
- Work closely with the workshop team to ensure seamless operations
- Analyse seasonal trends and ensure availability of essential parts
Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrated experience in managing a successful and profitable parts department
- Strong financial and analytical skills with proven P&L management experience
- Effective team player with strong leadership abilities to meet performance target
- Proven track record of driving growth and achieving business objective
- Current residency in Australia is required
