Our client in Midwest Australia is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead and drive growth across their multiple automotive brands. This position is an exceptional opportunity to implement strategic improvements, contribute to business growth, and prioritise customer satisfaction within a collaborative, supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and department improvement
  • Manage and develop the parts team to achieve departmental goals
  • Monitor and optimise parts inventory levels, minimising obsolete stock
  • Work closely with the workshop team to ensure seamless operations
  • Analyse seasonal trends and ensure availability of essential parts

Ideal Candidate

  • Demonstrated experience in managing a successful and profitable parts department
  • Strong financial and analytical skills with proven P&L management experience
  • Effective team player with strong leadership abilities to meet performance target
  • Proven track record of driving growth and achieving business objective
  • Current residency in Australia is required
