The Role
Working in an established Service Centre, the successful candidate will have experience of managing a service desk. Along with working as part of a team, they will also be focused on delivering high levels of customer service.
Successful applicants will join their colleagues in a positive working environment, where they are rewarded for their skills, with opportunities to develop as a manufacturer trained Service Advisor.
The Salary
The salary is dependent upon the individual skillset, however is around £28,000 basic, with the additional opportunity to earn bonus, enhanced through ongoing training and development.
